Where most see problems, Pat Wilver sees opportunities. Pat graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2013 with a degree in civil engineering. He served as a rifle & mortar platoon leader at Fort Stewart, GA before going on to serve as a future operations planner in Korea. He is also a graduate of the grueling U.S. Army Ranger School. These experiences taught Pat how to manage competing demands, solve impossible problems, meet hard deadlines, & handle tough personalities – skills that today allow Pat to smoothly guide his clients through the complex process of buying or selling real estate.

Since leaving the Army in July of 2019 & getting started in real estate, Pat has completed over 70 transactions for $13.5 million in total volume, $8 million of which in 2021 alone. Pat owns just shy of a dozen rental units, most of which are concentrated in Savannah’s Eastside neighborhood. He has advised clients through 18 successful flips & completed three of his own as of August 2021. Pat is also actively renovating houses in the Hinesville/Fort Stewart market.

Pat’s unique experience & attention to detail have allowed him to consistently sell or rent his or his clients’ product for above market value, & his background managing soldiers & studying Civil Engineering help him manage renovations better than most.

Pat devotes much of his time to his own personal real estate investing, providing counsel & advice to other real estate investors, & to training & advising Trophy Point agents to provide a high level of service. Pat exclusively represents sellers & high-volume real estate investors.
