While not an agent herself, Katy Dix is all-in on providing the best experience for Trophy Point's agents and their clients. She believes that every interaction is an opportunity to do right, be creative, and make someone's day. Her experience with office management in many fields, from nonprofits to now real estate, has shown her that building trust and always acting with integrity will forever be the way to work and live successfully. When she's not helping our agents or clients, you can likely find her walking her dog at Skidaway Park with a local cup of coffee in hand.
After graduating from James Madison University in 2017 with a degree in Communications & Humanitarian Affairs, Katy moved about 6 times within 2 years before landing in Savannah to work with the local baseball team, the Savannah Bananas, as their Employee Experience Coordinator. Seeing the success her peers were having in real estate (and forever a fan of home renovations shows and DIY tutorials), she decided to see what it was all about and jump into the field full time with Trophy Point Realty Group in February 2021.
Katy is the face behind our social media and helps each agent to ensure not just that all the i's are dotted and t's crossed, but also that everyone is informed in a timely manner so things move efficiently. This ensures our clients get the absolute best service in the industry. And if you keep an eye out, you may see a blog post from her every now and then, too.
Some of her favorite spots around Savannah are Starland Yard, Skidaway Island Park, Auspicious Bakery and Cutter's Point Coffee. In her free time, she enjoys trying new local spots with friends, going for runs with her pup named Crash, and scheming up the next mini-project to tackle with her significant other in their home. Savannah is full of hidden treasures, so she wants everyone to be able to live here in a home they love.
Katy loves to chat and is here to help out any and everyone. Please contact her with all your questions, thoughts, and coffee recommendations.
